Information on processing of personal data


Business corporation Floowie International sro, registered office: Brno - Trnitá, Mlýnská 326/13, postal code: 602 00, Czech Republic, identification number: 283 39 347, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Brno, section C, insert 62292 hereinafter referred to as "the Administrator") and the entities cooperating with the Administrator to operate the floowie.com, floowie.sk, floowie.cz, floowie.ru and digiport.cz web portals, process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No (EC) No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Personal Data Protection Regulation) (GDPR) and other legislation.

Art. I. Scope of processed personal data

1) To register the subject on web portals, the Administrator is authorized to process personal data of the entity or personal data provided or assigned by the entity during registration (especially address data). By accessing the site on our website from a mobile phone or similar device or through one of our mobile apps, we can also process information about your mobile device (mobile phone data, application failure reports, etc.)

2) The processing of such personal data is legal, as it is necessary for the performance of a contract on the basis of which the Administrator provides its services on web portals to which the personal data subject is a party. In specific cases, the Administrator may process personal data beyond the scope of this Article for a specific purpose to protect the legitimate interests of the Administrator or third parties (eg, interest in the safe operation of the Service) in accordance with the legal requirements for the processing of personal data.

3) The following personal data are processed:

- Email address of the subject, which is also its username and is used to login to the web portal and mobile applications

- Contact and billing address

- An IP address that serves in particular to determine the location of the entity to determine the location of the recipient of the service under a special Mode of Service (MOSS) for VAT

- The type of web browser used for typing the provided services, especially the display of the language part of the portal that the subject has set up in the browser.

- Web portal traffic records

- Cookies - cookies are text files used by web browsers that store personal data of site visitors. Cookies are commonly used on the Internet and do not harm your computer system. 4) Marketing purposes are processed:

a) Data required for web analytics

b) Data necessary for advertising purposes - for example, retargeting, sending information about newly published publications read by the entity, services and other activities, contacting the customer for the purpose of market research, for marketing research and for organizing, organizing and evaluating different types of competitions

c) Information systems - especially billing systems and CRM

d) Servers and networks

Art. II. The method of processing personal data and the processing time of personal data


1) Personal data will be processed manually and automated by the Administrator directly through his / her authorized personnel and through processors authorized by the Administrator on the basis of contracts for the processing of personal data. Once we receive your personal information, we apply strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

2) The person's personal data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship between us. In the case of the processing of personal data of the consent subject, your personal data will generally be processed for a period of 7 years or until such consent is withdrawn. In the case of the processing of personal data by an entity that has purchased any publication, your personal data will generally be processed for 20 years or until such consent is granted, this period is the period of time that we are required to make available to you the purchased publication.

Art. III. Data portability

1) In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, the entity can transfer its e-mail, which represents the user's name when moving to the digiport.cz web portal and thus transfer its account. The subject's e-mail is also transmitted when the publisher purchases the publication of the particular publication, due to the fulfillment of the obligation to make the subject's publication readable.
Art. IV. Rights of data subject:

The data subject relating to the above processing of personal data has the following rights:

1) Granting consent is voluntary. You may at any time revoke this consent for any of the processing purposes listed. The withdrawal of consent may be done in writing at Floowie International s.r.o., with its registered office at: Brno - Trnitá, Mlýnská 326/13, postal code: 602 00, Czech Republic or by sending an e-mail to: gdpr@floowie.com.

2) You have the right to access your personal data processed by the Administrator, their correction or deletion, or limitation of processing, and the right to object to processing. You also have the right to modify and supplement your data. You control your personal data primarily through your user account.

3) You also have the right to obtain personal information from you that is relevant to you and which you have provided to the Administrator. At your request, the administrator will provide the data without unnecessary delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or provide it to another clearly identified administrator at your request. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed automati- cally.

4) All data you provide us is usually stored, processed and stored in a country within the European Union (EU). Although this is not common practice for Administrators, personal data may be transferred to non-EU countries. In such cases, the Administrator will ensure that only those countries and external data processors complying with EU rules will be deployed using the means prescribed by the EU - the GDPR Regulation.

5) If we have assigned you (or have chosen) a password that allows you to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this password. Do not tell the password to anyone.

6) When an entity submits or submits to the Administrator the personal data of other natural persons, the entity is obliged to inform such natural persons about the processing of personal data and to ensure the lawfulness of the processing of personal data. Otherwise, the entity is liable to the Administrator for the damage caused.

7) If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may refer the complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) for the territory of the Czech Republic.
